Here is the current list. The second and third items look to me like 
showstoppers.

* [Boost.Regex] [PATCH] Fix GCC 3.3 warnings from Lars Gullik Bjønnes.
    Awaiting response from John Maddock.
    (Since this one just eliminates warnings, the release won't be held
    for it.)

* [type_traits] is_class.hpp problems
    Awaiting response from John Maddock.

* [type_traits] is_polymorphic_test and stateless_test failures.
    Awaiting response from John Maddock.
