All of the BoostBook sources (DTD, XSL stylesheets, docs, etc.) are in
Boost CVS under tools/boostbook.
There's an HTML version of the BoostBook documentation here:
http://www.cs.rpi.edu/~gregod/boost/tools/boostbook/doc/html/
(once you've read the "Getting Started" section there, you can generate
the documentation locally as well).
If you have any questions/problems/etc., they are best directed to the
Boost documentation list:
