I have a simple question. Is it possible to use webspace for boost-sandbox
sourceforge project for publishing previews of proposed libraries?
The motivation is quite simple. Hartmut Kaiser already uses my program_options
library in his Wave project, but since the library was not reviewed yet, he
gives Wave users a link to distribution that I make. The distribution lives
on my personal web server, and sometimes folks have problems accessing it.
Another alternative: yahoogroups files area, is *very* inconvenient. Say,
Hartmut sends me a patch. The whole apply-test-commit-repack-upload
cycles might take 5 mins now. If I were to upload to yahoogrops, it would take
at least 5 mins more.
If it were agreed that boost-sandbox can be used for proposed submissions,
that would be very easy: a single "scp" command would upload new version
of package.
