OK, I've already uploaded my packages to

   http://boost-sandbox.sf.net/program_options

They're less than half a meg now, so space is not an issue. However, if using 
boost-sandbox webspace will become more extensive, some policy will be needed 
to avoid the situation that's with yahoogroups currently --- lots of files 
with unclear status and purpose.
