[boost] boost.container - boost::associative_vector et al

What is the status of this library in the sandbox?

Is somebody working on it?

What needs to be done to get it to formal review (documentation and tests
and adding vector_map and vector_multimap was what i could see) ?

My main interest would in a first run would be associative_vector,
vector_set, vector_multiset, vector_map, vector_multimap, is this
reasonable?
