Check boost::signal library compile/link options as well.

It looks like commons source of problems. Would it
be difficult to add automatic library selection for
boost::signal ? I mean library suffixes and comment
pragmas as in boost::regex.
 Honestly ... i'd like to see such build system in all boost
non-template libs :) IMHO, it is very convenient.
