The correct version is, I believe,

#if defined(_MSC_VER) && (_MSC_VER >= 1020)
# pragma once
#endif

Without the defined() test g++ emits warnings with -Wundef. Most of Boost
doesn't care about -Wundef, but perhaps we should, as users do find it
helpful.
