You can look at the new version of the library by looking at the
thread_dev branch in the CVS. It has been there for a while, but not
merged to the main branch yet. I assume it hasn't been fully tested and
/or still has some features to be implemented and I also think the
documentation hasn't been fully updated to reflect the changes as of yet.
I would also like to seen the updated library incorporated into a new
build, but don't know when/if this will happen.
