(followup to my last post)... Or maybe you meant that
I could follow the method used in:
     boost/detail/typed_in_place_factory_prefix.hpp
and create a new marcro, similar to
   BOOST_DEFINE_TYPED_INPLACE_FACTORY_CLASS
and just substitute in changes I needed. Is that right?
For example, instead of TypedInPlaceFactoryBase I would
use auto_ptr<boost::compressed_pair<StoragePolicy,Referent> >.
Is that your meaning?
