[boost] The socket class

Since there is already a socket class for C++ called Socket++,
I was wondering whether we shouldn't ask the developers to
merge it into the Boost Socket Library?

It's not templatized (and so won't work with wchars etc),
but the design (at least for what I'm doing) seems pretty
sane.
