Subject: html links in docs: should be relative
To: boost_at_[hidden]
Hi,
A user of the debian boost packages pointed out to me that some of the
HTML documentation contains links to www.boost.org:
There are links to the boost website which could be links to files
in boost-doc; .../doc/quick_start.html has links to "boost regex"
and "boost tokenizer" which go to
www.boost.org/libs/regex/index.html but could go to
".../libboost-doc/HTML/libs/regex/index.htm" (similarly for the
tokenizer).
This obviously isn't a critical issue, but if the links could all
be made relative, then it becomes possible to browse the documentation
conveniently without having an internet connection.
Thanks for your consideration,
-Steve
