Simon Julier reported a problem with gcc 3.2 20020927 (prerelease) failing
to compile with "Thread support is unavailable!" error. I get the same
problem on my setup. John Maddox replied "... I guess we're back to setting
BOOST_HAS_THREADS unconditionally for that compiler :-(". I haven't had a
chance to try this myself though :)
