[boost] [Boost optional] CVS regression fails 3 tests on VC6

Hi Fernando,

Please check the current CVS. It seems that optional is failing
3 tests with VC6, more importantly: 

optional_test.cpp(719) : error C2668: 'optional<
char>::optional<char>' : ambiguous call to overloaded function

As a result, I can't compile Spirit code on VC6 right now. I get
the same "ambiguous" errors.
