[boost] Documentation update for iterator adaptor

Hello,

Please forgive my ignorance if I've missed the post or any other kind of
info on this matter (I feel a bit overloaded with the amount of messages
on this list occasionally so I don't read all the posts). I've been
using CVS snapshot of boost for a few months and I've noticed that
iterator adaptors have changed. Some are not there (projection adaptor)
and implementation (including header reorganization) has changed, but
the docs are still the same. Is there a way to (re)create the docs?
