Yep, I've hit that too, and Martin Wille also reported it.

I've updated process_jam_log.cpp in CVS to bypass "don't know how to make" 
errors.

Of course, that just addresses the symptom. The root problem in the jamfile 
also needs to be addressed by the Iterators folks.
