[boost] Regression logs for Python library

Hey, I'm just wondering why the table at

http://boost.sourceforge.net/regression-logs/cs-Linux.html

seems to be messed up for the Python tests.

Also, most of the entries reported as failures are a big surprise to
me.  Some of them look perfectly good,
