Actualy it is already a part of main Boost repository (<boost>/libs/utility/Collection.html).
I wonder, why it is not under libs/concept_check, because that's the place where it belongs.

Another open issue is, how to express the collection concept requirements in the means of
container(collection)_traits. 

Maybe some kind of "IndirectCollection" could be specified, where all requirements are
specified in the means of traits, instead of member functions/typdefs.

Any ideas?
