OK. That resulted in only a single change compared to yesterday's regular 
test run: is_convertible_test now passes.

So, while we don't know why there were is_convertible.hpp/iterator-related 
failures in July, they are gone now. I don't see any reason you shouldn't 
back out the Intel changes I made in July.
