[boost] Config failure (intel-win32-7.1-vc6-stlport-4.5.3)

The one config failure:

Is as a result of the fact that this compiler configuration has an
intrinsic wchar_t but that the version of STLPort doesn't supply a
specialization for it.

How should we address this problem?
