The regression tests automatically do an update, so it is the latest. I 
double checked too.

unit_test.hpp really doesn't look like final code. There is a line:

#define BOOST_LIB_NAME unix_test_framework
                        ^^^^
although this in a section of code if'ed out with #if 0
