Wow, I repro'd all of these on my machine: enable_if_lazy is the only
one which passes.
It's strange because all the uses of SFINAE in the iterator library
seem to work just fine. I'm going to try a workaround. In the
meantime, I'll send Howard some preprocessed stuff.
