OK - I'm a little mystified because I seem to be able to download the 
file with no problem.
I tried making a folder and shortening the file name : the code is at

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/YANL/YANLv2.zip

I'm also just attaching the code, too, since it's pretty small 
anyway...  Sorry for the inconvenience.
