Here. I already posted several messages regarding Boost.Thread.
One of them contains a proposal to make the specification of
the thread_specific_ptr more precise ( http://tinyurl.com/zdz7 ).
However, there was no discussion about the proposal (maybe,
everyone waited for the maintainer to reply).
