[boost] Graph regression test results

The Graph regression test results are included in the Win32 regression 
tests being uploaded now.

transitive_closure_test is failing all compilers:

C:\boost\site\boost\compose.hpp(18) : fatal error C1189: #error : 
Boost.Compose has been deprecated in favor of Boost.Bind or Boost.Lambda, 
and will be removed in a future release. You may define the macro 
BOOST_DEPRECATED to suppress this warning.

I know Jeremy is in the middle of exams, so if someone else would fix this 
I'm sure he would appreciate it.

Otherwise the results look pretty good, except for the usual villains.
