"should be" is a little unclear here.  A clearer main would be:

  #include <boost/static_assert.hpp>
  int main()
  {
      // should be equal
      int s1 = Polymorphic_Test<std::iostream>::size_d1;
      int s2 = Polymorphic_Test<std::iostream>::size_d2;
      BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT(s1 == s2);

      BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT(Polymorphic_Test<std::iostream>::value);
  }

Does that convey your intention?
