As intimidating as it sounds, I would pick one or two existing Boost
libraries that might seem remotely similar to yours, and look at their
tests.  Also, take a close look at Boost.Test, since I think that is
intended to be the uniform testing library for Boost.  I found it to be
rather handy myself.
