[boost] Output Formatters

The latest version on the boost-sandbox now has fixes for several compilers 
and will work for the following compilers:
*  MS VC6 (there are still issues, though); VC7; VC7.1
*  Borland C++ 5.5.1; 5.6.4 (should work with others; noty checked)
*  GCC 3.2 i686-pc-cygwin (should work with other versions of GCC 3.x)
*  GCC 2.95.3-5 (automatic type deduction does not work)
*  Intel 7.1
*  Commo 4.3.3

There are still some issues with data input, as has been mentioned in 
previous posts (std::map; std::string).
