Heap Layers is a template-based infrastructure for building memory
The infrastructure is remarkably flexible and composable, and the
allocators are as fast or faster than counterparts written in conventional
C or C++.
These allocators can be used as plug-in replacements for malloc/free,
or as application-specific (custom) allocators, usable on their own or in
