Convince Metrowerks to donate a copy? Actually, we should ask Marshall if
the lack of a compiler is why he doesn't test with Metrowerks.
Borland, HP, Intel, KAI, Microsoft, and some vendors who prefer to remain
anonymous donate copies of their compilers to Boost regression testers. And
of course, GCC is free to start with. Thanks to all for their continued
At least three Metrowerks engineers give us great personal support on a
regular basis, and they have just recently completed an effort to make sure
their Windows compiler plays well with the Boost regression tests. But,
yes, I'd love to see testing extended to cover Metrowerks on the Mac.
