Summary: Missing #include in lagged_fibonacci.hpp

Initial Comment:
lagged_fibonacci.hpp uses the BOOST_WORKAROUND 
macro, but does not #include 
boost/detail/workaround.hpp, which defines that macro, 
so programs which use lagged_fibonacci may not 
compile. Adding an appropriate #include line near the 
top of the file fixes the problem.
