According to the CVS version of the review schedule Minmax was reviewed 28 Sep
07 Oct 2002. According to my email archive the request for circular_buffer
was in July of last year and development has continued culminating in a 3.5
version posting in late october.

As for the response from the wizard, it may have been done offlist or not at
all. Personally, I'd like to see a 'Boost review quarterly report' from the
review wizard so we know what the upcoming schedule is and what has been
completed in the last few months.

I don't think I would say that -- I recall a number of lively discussions.
I'm personally quite interested in your library, but I just haven't had time
to look at it...

Ask again. And make sure you send the request directly to Thomas. If you
don't hear back then post on the list and I'm sure we can figure it out.
