I was thinking much the same this morning about the boost.python library...

You can find the html2ps homepage here:

I installed html2ps from RPM on my Fedora box, but it claims to run on
windows, if that's what you need. It requires Perl5, and certain
functionality requires additional packages (like ghostscript, etc...)
