[boost] borland workaround needed

Hi,

Could anybody suggest workaround for Internal error I am getting when trying
to compile using Borland command line tools with following code:

template<class PropertyType>
class class_property
{
protected:
    PropertyType        value;
};

template<class PropertyType>
class readwrite_property : public class_property<PropertyType>
{
    typedef class_property<PropertyType>        base;

    using base::value; // <------- right here
};
