I don't find a file named basic_iserializer.cpp in my system. Nor do I find
such a file in the serialization17.zip file.
I did however such a name in the jamfile.v2 - which I will remove. I just
rebuilt the library with my GCC 3.2 cygwin system - note this system doesn't
include wide char i/o so I can't build the corresponding part on my setup.
