I don't find a file named basic_iserializer.cpp in my system. Nor do I find
such a file in the file.

I did however such a name in the jamfile.v2 - which I will remove. I just
rebuilt the library with my GCC 3.2 cygwin system - note this system doesn't
include wide char i/o so I can't build the corresponding part on my setup.
Here is my setup:

$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.1/specs
Configured with: /GCC/gcc-3.3.1-3/configure --with-gcc --with-gnu-ld --with

-system-zlib --enable-nls --without-included-gettext --enable-interpreter
le-sjlj-exceptions --disable-version-specific-runtime-libs --enable-shared
able-win32-registry --enable-java-gc=boehm --disable-hash-synchronization

Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.3.1 (cygming special)
