[boost] Another mailing list description?

Would anyone that runs the mailing list at
<Boost-langbinding_at_[hidden]> like to give a description about
what that list is about so you (or me if you don't have CVS-write access)
can add it to "BOOST_ROOT/more/mailing_lists.htm"?  I was going to add it
myself, but I can't gleam enough information for a description blurb.
