[boost] Re: static sized strings

   This isn't something you need to customize
heavily, because it's intended as a replacement for something
old and well-defined.  We're not likely to see any
new operations in the C string strcat/strcpy/etc. family.  

   Is the code in the Boost sandbox yet?
