Actually, I had to add supplied_log_formatters.cpp to my build, which I
never had to do before.  I also don't see it listed as one of the dependent
files here:

http://www.boost.org/libs/test/doc/components/unit_test_framework/compilation.html

I also don't see it in the CVS docs.  You might want to mention that
somewhere.
