Though you migh also add Jamfile.v2 to libs/thread/doc, containing something 
like:

import toolset ;
toolset.using doxygen ;

boostbook thread : thread.xml ;

This will allow you to build only Boost.Thread docs, which is considerably 
faster than building all Boost documentation.
