[boost] regression tests not update

Hi,

I don't know what is wrong, but it seems, that regression test are not updated.
I have commited markups for failuers two days ago and they are still not used
in the regression test. (Specificaly not in the metacomm tables)
Also some bugfixes seems to be not applied.

Can anybody check this out?
