Oops, forgot the cast-to-rvalue on ul:

upgradable_lock ul(mut);
scoped_lock sl(move(ul));  // block, we have this in the current spec
scoped_lock sl(move(ul), try_lock);  // proposed to replace 
sl(try_move(ul))
