On my computer it's killing every window with word "error" in the title. 
No matter what's the parent, and no matter if window has been open for 
10 seconds or 5 minutes.

Just try to open few windows while tests are running, like:
C:>start "Some error" cmd.exe

BTW: I'm not working as an administrator.
