[boost] CVS snapshot problems (Was: [Boost-docs] Re: howto include .xml from doxygen autodoc into html from boostbook)

That's pretty bad, especially given that it's supposed to be an *hourly* 
snapshot. A few people are running regressions against it under this 
assumption. Should we provide an alternative resource for them?
