The heading will show it as soon as Stefan starts using the 
cw-9.2-tools.jam toolset.

Try the cw-9.2 one. I haven't been updating the cwpro* set of toolsets 
for a while. And I'll probably change them soon to just use the 
all-in-one cw-tools.jam.
