To just make an adjustment to this: I used the term "polished boostified"
version, as you mentioned that in the mail, but it's actually not necessary
at this point (although it would be just fine), since we're exploring.

If we get a version of has_plus_op using this technique, we could compare it
to the current version, in terms of dependencies, compilation speed
(instantiating it with a lot of types), etc.
