Slightly off topic, but who did you find was best to order it through 
Matt?  Amazon?  I'm a Melbournian and - as I'm sure you're aware - 
technical books cost an arm and a leg in Australia.  If you can find 
them!  I went to Borders and they said they can order it in for me, but 
to expect "at least a six to eight week wait after it's released".

Oh, and is there an Amazon link that could give Dave & Aleksey get a 
(admittedly small) cut?
