Correction: Dave A's and Aleksey G's MPL book.  I'd consider selling
them directly if I could get my hands on more than the one copy I have.
 ;-)  ... They were supposed to have sent us each 10 author copies about
2 weeks ago and nothing has yet arrived.

If it's any consolation, the initial printing run sold out before the
book was even released, so they had to do another.  It's such a niche
topic, though, that I can't help think that all the people who are
interested bought it from that first printing. :^)

Anyway, we're glad to know people are interested.
