If something needs to be changed, yes.

This would be the most convenient scheme for integrating them back.

I think at this early stage it'd be premature to put the library
inside MPL code base (after all, it might turn out to be
conceptually closer to Fusion). As for boost-sandbox vs. your CVS
repository -- whatever is convenient for you, I guess.
