I think I recall that this problem has been reported a number of times. I would
suggest searching the recent archives of this list too look for people reporting
the problem and Robert Ramey's answers. If you don't want to do this, I'd
suggest reposting with a subject line that includes [serialization] and
something like "build stalls with xml_parser.cpp".
