Borland have now commited to another version of C++Builder.  The 
compiler is going to receive updates, including using DinkumWare for the 
STL.

They haven't promised how much will be fixed, but they have stated that 
libraries such as boost and loki are targets for them.

We also don't have an idea of a time-frame yet.
