[boost] [test] missing test file

When running "bjam -n" in the libs/test/test directory, I get:

   don't know how to make <@boost!libs!test!test>foreach_test.cpp

Gennadiy, seems like you either forgot to commit that file, or forgot to 
commit some changes to Jamfile. Can you fix this?
